Suzanne wrote a prescient article in the KlaasKids Spring 2002 Newsletter, asserting that Megan’s Law on the Internet was constitutional prior to the United States Supreme Court ruling, that Megan’s Law on the Internet is, in fact, constitutional. This article has since been published numerous times.
